Mattawa West is live now with 5kW available for smaller AI/GPU deployments. Mattawa East — a half mile away on the same fiber backbone — brings 112kW of power-dense capacity online in Phase 1 this September, with high-density power circuits and full facility generator backup. The Columbia Basin campus is a future concept for larger-scale operations, with no fixed timeline yet.
